Got Borders Gift Cards? Now Is the Time to Shop
The bookstore chain has announced a "going out of business sale" at all locations.

If you're still hanging onto any Borders gift cards or "Borders Bucks," now is the time to think about cashing them in for the remaining titles on your summer reading list.
The national bookstore company, which that it will close all of its remaining stores, is now holding a 40-percent-off "going out of business sale" at all of its locations, including the its stores at South Hill Mall in Puyallup and Southcenter in Tukwila.
Patch called the South Hill location and was told that the liquidation sale has begun. The store will close within 10 weeks.

As of Friday, markdowns at the South Hill store included 10 percent off most paperbacks and children's books; 10 percent on games and toys; 20 percent on DVDs and CDs and 40 percent on Blu-Ray discs.
According to the company's website, all "Borders Bucks" will expire on July 31. Gift cards, meanwhile, will be accepted for as long as the store remains open.
