Nordstrom Leases Sumner Warehouse Space: Report

SUMNER, WA — Nordstrom is bringing new business to Sumner.

As the Registry first reported, Nordstrom Inc., has inked a deal with Tarragon to lease a 500,000 square foot warehouse at the SeaPORT Logistics Center in Sumner.

“We are thrilled to have Nordstrom joining the many top national and international companies located in Sumner," said Sumner Mayor Bill Pugh in a statement. "We congratulate Tarragon on their success with the SeaPORT development and appreciate their efforts to bring good jobs and economic growth to our region."

Nordstrom will reportedly be leasing the Logistics Center's building 3, and modifying it with new office, warehouse, and material handling system.

“We are super excited to have Nordstrom as our newest tenant at SeaPORT Logistics Center," said Tarragon President Dennis Rattie. "Working with Nordstrom and the City of Sumner to make this project a reality has been a total team effort and we’re excited to have it all come together."
