Restaurant of the Week: Sushi Town, Bonney Lake's Best-Kept Secret
This small flagship restaurant holds the secret to a sushi-lover's ultimate fantasy: fresh, bright and hearty pieces of fish rolled into perfection.
If you haven’t visited yet, you should grab your chopsticks and go. Sushi Town is located in the complex on SR 410 in Bonney Lake. The famed restaurant thrives on word-of-mouth and a dedicated local following throughout the South Sound. It spurred the Trapper’s Sushi locations in Covington and Puyallup but is the first and only Sushi Town of its kind.
Their sushi is nothing short of divine. Rolls and nigiri are always plump, fresh and completely made-to-order by the skilled chefs behind the glass counter.
Sushi Town offers all-you-can-eat sushi at both lunch ($17.95) and dinner (26.95). Happy hour is 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. every day. Thursday lunch is all-you-can-eat for $14.95 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and all-day Monday, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat for $20.
