Sunny Skies Sunday and Warmth This Week, Says Weather Service

The National Weather Service reports that skies will be sunny Monday with temperatures -- finally -- in the mid-70s. However, showers are expected mid-week.

Sunny skies and warm weather will dry out the Pacific Northwest Sunday and Monday and at the end of the week, the National Weather Service reported.

"An upper level ridge will bring dry and warmer weather Sunday and Monday. An upper trough will reach the Pacific Northwest Tuesday or Wednesday of next week... with another upper ridge bringing more dry weather late in the week," according to the forecast discussion.

According to the National Weather Service's Bonney Lake forecast, temps will reach about 72 degrees on Monday and 65 degrees on Tuesday.

There could be a slight dip in temperatures mid-week, with chance of showers, the National Weather Service reported.

But highs in the upper 60s are expected to Friday, according to the weather forecast.
