Body Found In Green River Is Homicide Victim

The man was found floating in the Green River west of Auburn on Tuesday afternoon.

AUBURN, WA — A man found dead in the Green River near the Muckleshoot Reservation on Tuesday was likely a victim of homicide, according to the King County Sheriff's Office.

The body was found along the 12700 block of Southeast Green Valley Road, which is just east of the Muckleshoot Casino.

King County major crimes detectives were at the scene trying to determine the circumstances of the man's death.
