Destruction Of Neighborhood Book Kiosks Was Arson, Police Say
Two "little libraries" in Enumclaw were destroyed by fire late Tuesday/early Wednesday in what officials are calling an act of arson.

ENUMCLAW, WA — The overnight destruction of two neighborhood "little libraries" is being investigated as acts of arson, according to Enumclaw police Cmdr. Tim Floyd.
The Enumclaw Fire Department was reportedly dispatched to the first incident at 1260 Marion St. around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday; fire personnel were then dispatched again to the second incident at 2048 Fell St. just after 3 a.m. Wednesday.
The fire at the neighborhood book kiosk on Marion Street also damaged the adjacent fence, Floyd said.

The two kiosks are roughly half-a-mile apart.
Police are investigating the incidents in coordination with the fire department, Floyd said, noting no person(s) of interest have been identified at this time, though there is reason to believe the incidents are connected.
