Teen ID'd As Person Found Dead In Green River

The 16-year-old was found in the Green River on Tuesday near Green Valley Road.

AUBURN, WA — The person found dead in the Green River near Auburn on Tuesday has been identified as a local 16-year-old, the King County Medical Examiner has said.

Juan Carlos Con Guzman died of blunt and sharp-force injuries, the medical examiner said.

His body was found Tuesday along Green Valley Road, east of the Muckleshoot Casino area, according to the King County Sheriff's Office. Two fisherman walking along the river fond Con Guzman's body, the sheriff's office has said.

Con Guzman was a student at Mt. Rainier High School in Des Moines, according to KOMO.
