When Gig Harbor Mayor Chuck Hunter described the outgoing city administrator Rob Karlinsey as a “high-energy guy”, who knew he was also gifted in the music department.
The former assistant city manager of University Place under Mayor Bob Jean agreed to share his hidden talent after on Monday.
A special thanks goes out to Karlinsey’s wife, Michelle, who initially informed Patch about her husband’s "spontaneous" skills.
