GHPD Blotter: Thief Steals $5,800 Worth of Items From Storage

Motor Vehicle Theft: Sometime between Oct. 15 and 16, an unknown suspect(s) stole a 1991 Toyota pick up truck in the 4000 block for 100th Avenue NW.

Vehicle Prowl: Sometime between Oct. 15 and 16, an unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked car in the 3900 block of 105 Street Court NW. The contents of the glove box were dumped all over the passenger seat, and several items were missing, including iPod, sunglasses and watch. Estimated value of loss was $1,000.

Burglary: The victim's car was broken into on Sept. 30, and one of the items taken was a key to his storage with his unit number and gate code. The next day, he was told that his lock was missing from his unit at at 5700 Soundview Dr. An unknown suspect(s) stole several items, including a TV, tools, 50 DVDs, video games, car speakers. Estimated value of loss was $5,800.

Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Arrest: On Oct. 15, police stopped a 20-year-old male driver after his car was drifting off the roadway in the 4200 block of 38th Avenue NW. The car also had expired vehicle registration. Police also found 2.5 grams of marijuana in the car. Police arrest him for unlawful possession of controlled substance.

Warrant/DWLS/Arrest: On Oct. 14, police arrested a 23-year-old female driver in the intersection of Olympic Drive NW and Pt. Fosdick Drive NW for an outstanding warrant from Fife Municipal Court. The driver was also cited for DWLS third degree.

Warrant/DWLS/Arrest: On Oct. 14, a 56-year-old male driver was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in the 5500 block of Olympic Drive. Police also issued a citation for DWLS third degree and infractions for expired vehicle license and driving without insurance.

DUI/Arrest: On Oct. 14, police arrested a 32-year-old man for DUI in the 5200 block of Olympic Drive NW.
