It's time to celebrate spring with the opening of the Gig Harbor Farmers Market this Saturday, April 7 at . The market runs every Saturday April through September from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Early spring at the market includes vegetable starts and fresh asparagus as well as all your favorite food and craft vendors. New vendors also include organic farmers and a goat cheese producer. Beginning April 14, there will be educational demonstrations on successful plant growing.
