Gig Harbor Releases 2017 Events Calendar

From Gig Harbor: The new year is here and Gig Harbor is ready with a full calendar of events each month. This town offers big entertainment options with the wide variety of events, festivals, runs and performances. Other highlighted events include the Gig Harbor Paddlers Cup (April 8), Maritime Gig & Blessing of the Fleet (June 3 and 4), Gig Harbor Garden Tour (June 24 and 25), Gig Harbor Summer Arts Festival (July 15 and 16), Gig Harbor Wine & Food Festival (July 29), and Donkey Creek Chum Festival (Nov. 18) – an activity-filled, community celebration of the return of salmon to local waters.

Known as the most picturesque harbor in the Northwest, Gig Harbor is an easily accessible, relaxing destination with lots to offer.
