New Craft Distillery Moving into Old 7 Seas Location

As Gig Harbor’s makes its , a craft distillery is moving into the location next to , according to gigharborguide.com.

Founded by Gig Harbor residents, Jennifer and Justin Stiefel, the Heritage Distilling Company will be making whiskey, gin and vodka to kick off the business. Depending on customer demand, they’re even thinking about adding other spirits.

The Stiefels said the company will have a tasting room and will be selling up to 2 liters of products each day for any liquor enthusiasts.

They’re schedule to start operating by this August, but if you can’t wait until then, Heritage Distilling will have a float in this year’s and a booth at the .
