The City of Gig Harbor, Washington invites interested individuals or firms to submit a proposal to perform a staffing study of the Gig Harbor Police Department, a municipal law enforcement agency located in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Currently, the Gig Harbor Police Department is staffed with 19 commissioned officers and 2.4 non-commissioned employees. The City has experienced significant retail and residential growth over the past ten years and is requesting an operational staffing study to determine the number of officers needed for our city and the types of services needed.
