The city is inviting potential developers in Kirkland to a "Partnership Forum" Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at City Hall. The Kirkland Developers Partnership Forum, in the City Council Chambers, will includes presentations on Kirkland development trends, the city's development services study, changes to SEPA thresholds in Kirkland, a new Land Use Permit Extension Ordinance, an update about on-line permitting, a one-time fire sprinkler exemption, the city's Urban Forest Management Plan and Kirkland's Green Codes. City staff will take questions about development regulations and the permitting process after the presentations.
