Curbside Christmas Tree Pickups In Kirkland Through January
Kirkland residents can put out their old Christmas tree during regular trash service for free disposal through the end of the month.

KIRKLAND, WA โ Kirkland residents who are still holding onto their old Christmas trees have another couple of weeks to offload them for free during regular trash collection days. According to the city, tree pickups started this week and will continue on regular service days through Jan. 31.
Severe winter weather after Christmas caused tree collections to be pushed back from the originally scheduled Jan. 3 start date.
Those living in single-family homes can put the trees out by their regular bins, and people living in apartments or condos can place them next to the dumpster. Waste Management will collect trees that are up to six feet tall, but taller trees are fair game if they are cut in half.
