Firefighters Extinguish Juanita Kitchen Fire

Kirkland Firefighters responded to a house fire on the 11400 block of 80th Ave NE on Finn Hill Wednesday evening.

The department said it launched an aggressive attack on a kitchen fire that was spreading, and quickly extinguished flames that had begun to spread to the attic.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Units from Kirkland, Bothell and Northshore fire departments responded.
