According to a report from the health department, the following violations were found at the restaurant:

• Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures

• Poor personal hygiene practices
• Handwashing facilities unavailable
• Imminent health hazard: Suspected foodborne illnesses consistent with observed red critical violations
