Same Taste, New Name for Parkplace Center Bagel Shop

The five Seattle-area Noah's Bagels shops, including Kirkland's, are changing their name to Einstein Bros.

You may have noticed the new sign that went up in early August at the shop in Parkplace Center.

The owners of have recently rebranded their shops to the Einstein Bros. brand.

The move lets the shops offer a larger selection of healthier fare and a broader specialty beverage offering, the company said in a news release.

โ€œSeattle continues to be a favorite market for our company and by now offering 15 fresh bagel flavors and adding our Smart Choices menu, we hope to be able to provide local residents with more options that fit into their healthy lifestyle,โ€ said Jeff Oโ€™Neill, chief executive officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.

Besides Kirkland, Einstein Bros. has a location on Mercer Island and four Seattle shops: University Village, Fourth and Cherry, and Queen Anne.
