Traffic Alert: Downed Power Lines Block Kirkland Road

KIRKLAND, WA — Downed power lines and a tree have closed NE 116ST in both directions in Kirkland, police said.

The road is closed in the 11700 block. Detours are in place at 118th Avenue NE to NE 124th street and 108th Avenue NE to NE 112th Street.

Puget Sound Energy is at the scene. Over 4,000 people in Kirkland are currently without power.
