Clover Park Schools Calendar 2019-2020: First Day Of School, More

LAKEWOOD, WA — The first day of school for the Clover Park School District is Aug. 28 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you'll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP.

The Clover Park School District has released its 2019-2020 calendar for public schools. The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

• Aug. 28: First day of school - grades 1-12
• Aug. 28-30: Kindergarten parent conferences

September

• Sept. 2: No School - Labor Day
• Sept. 3: First day of school - Kindergarten

October

• Oct 14: No School

November

• Nov. 11: No School (Veterans Day)
• Nov. 27: Half day
• Nov. 27-29: No School - Thanksgiving Break

December

• Dec. 23-31: No School - Winter Break

January

• Jan. 1-3: No School - Winter Break
• Jan. 20: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
• Jan. 27: No School - snow makeup day if needed

February

• Feb. 14-17: No School - President's Day Weekend

March

• March 30-31: No School - Spring Break

April

• April 1-3: No School - Spring Break

May

• May 22: No School - Snow makeup day if needed
• May 25: No School - Memorial Day

June

• June 10: Last Day of School
