From the City of Lakewood:
On Saturday, January 15th 2011, the City of Lakewood will sponsor the 8th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration from 10am to noon at the Clover Park Technical College's McGavick Conference Center.
The event will consist of a variety of entertainment and cultural performances from the community. The City of Lakewood and the MLK Committee encourage all citizens to attend and participate in honoring Dr. King's legacy of freedom.
