Firefighters Respond To Mobile Home Fire In East Lakewood
Crews warned the public to avoid the area as they worked on the fire early Friday.

LAKEWOOD, WA — Friday morning firefighters were called to a fire burning in a mobile home in eastern Lakewood.
Just after 9 a.m. West Pierce Fire reported that their crews had been called to a mobile home on fire in the Windsor Mobile Home Park on 96th Street S. After arriving, firefighters evacuated surrounding homes and asked residents to avoid the area if possible.
After about an hour and a half on scene, crews reported that the fire had successfully been stamped out.

No one was hurt, and now investigators have been called in to determine the cause of the fire.
