From Patches Nearby: Curtis Grads Hersey, Dockery Slated As WSU Starters

The Spokesman Review is reporting that a pair of Curtis products are slated to start for the Washington State University football team this season.

Christian Caple blogged about the Cougars' depth chart this season, and in the list of starters, two familiar names came up: Max Hersey and Rahmel Dockery.

The two both graduated from University Place's Curtis High School in 2011. Hersey was on the team, while Dockery had to bring his grades up.

Now, they both are integral parts of new Coach Mike Leach's regime. Hersey is slated to start in the backfield, while Dockery is listed on kickoffs and punt returns on the Palouse.
