THE HOT IS COMING: Temps Expected To Hit Lower 90's By Thursday, Friday

It's going to be a hot one.

The National Weather Service is predicting temperatures to hit the low 90's Thursday and Friday in Lakewood and the rest of the Puget Sound.

So stock up some sunblock, stay hydrated and prepare for warm temperatures.

This Afternoon: Sunny, with a high near 82. North wind around 5 mph.
Tonight: Increasing clouds, with a low around 55. North northwest wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 77. Calm wind becoming north northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 54. North northeast wind 6 to 8 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 83. North northeast wind around 8 mph.
Wednesday Night: Clear, with a low around 55.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 93.
Thursday Night: Clear, with a low around 61.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 93.
Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 54.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 80.
