Chang named Senior VP at Seattle-based Regal Financial Bank

Regal Financial Bank announced the April 5 hiring of KeyBank executive and Mercer Island resident Jeanne Chang as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Affairs.

Chang has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with in-depth experience leading the strategic planning, development, and implementation of revenue-generating marketing programs. She most recently served as Vice President and District Marketing Manager at KeyBank, where she managed all aspects of marketing and sponsorship programs in the Seattle-Cascades District. She is recognized to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional groups. During her tenure at KeyBank, Chang held a number of leadership positions, including District Marketing Manager for Alaska, International Banking Center Manger and Special Projects Manager in the International Division. She also has worked with Northwest Audit & Adjustment Company, a subsidiary of Puget Sound Bank.
