In 1920’s New York, Bugsy Malone stands center stage in a flashy world of sassy showgirls, warring gangsters, and starry-eyed dreamers but all he wants is to catch the eye of starlet Blousey Brown. Enter mobster Dandy Dan and his gang who rule supreme with their ultimate weapon, a cream shooting “splurge gun.” After a brutal attack on his henchmen, Speakeasy owner Fat Sam vows revenge and calls upon Bugsy for help.
