FOUND: Missing Parkland Children
Deputies say they believe 12-year-old Jarseline Lemus-Zuniga & her 10-year-old brother Pedro ran away from home Thursday morning.
PARKLAND, WA β The Pierce County Sheriff's Department says two children, reported missing early Thursday, have been found safe and sound.
Deputies reported that a 12-year-old girl and her 10-year-old brother ran away from home together sometime in the early morning.
The Pierce County Sheriff's Department spent much of the day searching the area surrounding their home, near the intersection of Pacific Avenue and S 104th Street.

Fortunately, at around 7 p.m. deputies reported that the two children have been found and returned home.
