Driver Identified In Deadly Tuesday Crash
Authorities say the man is believed to have had a medical emergency while driving to work.

PUYALLUP, WA — The driver in a deadly Tuesday morning car crash has been identified as Michael Arnot of Puyallup, according to a report from The News Tribune.
Arnot was driving the only vehicle involved in a crash that happened around 4:05 a.m. in the 10300 block of Canyon Road E.
In a statement, the Pierce County Sheriff's Department said a witness reported Arnot's Chevrolet Silverado drive across Canyon Road before hitting several mailboxes and a fence.

The driver was taken to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Officials said they believe Arnot experienced a medical emergency while driving to work, leading to the crash. At this time, speed, drugs and alcohol are not believed to have contributed to the crash.
