Electronic postcards with
teacher assignments will be emailed to elementary families on August 25.  Students registered after August 23rd
will be notified at the time of registration or a few days after. Junior high
and high school schedules will be available in Schoology or HAC on August 25.

We are continuing with our safe practices of required masking for students.  We will continue to monitor Department of Health (DOH) updates as the state re-evaluates requirements.

Before school begins, connection activities will be available for students and families.  Although optional, families and students are encouraged to participate in grade-specific events.

Application

All currently eligible families will need to reapply for meal benefits in Sept.  Although meals will be free for all students
in the fall, additional benefits and reduced fees are available for families
who qualify through this application.  Qualified students may also obtain reduced fees for ASB cards, student device coverage protection, athletic fees
and more. Those who believe they may qualify, should also apply for
benefits when school starts to receive available fee reductions.

Physical distancing requirements will not prevent full-time in-person learning in schools.  Physical distancing will remain at 3-feet in classrooms and 6-feet in common spaces where possible.

before August 31, they are eligible to start Kindergarten in the fall.  Parents are
encouraged to enroll
their child online as soon as possible.

actions, as well as general information about school operations.

Student Insurance
Voluntary accident medical and dental insurance plans are an affordable way for parents to provide protection for children. They can be used on a standalone basis or as “gap coverage” to assist with high deductibles and/or high co-pays of additional health plans.
