PUYALLUP, WA β€” The Pierce County Sheriff's Department has released new security stills of a pair of suspects who robbed the South Hill Fred Meyer, in the hopes that someone may recognize them.

According to deputies, the robbery happened back on Saturday, October 10, when a man and a woman entered the store late at night. They spent a few minutes filling a shopping cart with clothes, but instead of heading to the checkout they rolled their cart past all the clerks and tried to leave the store without paying.

An employee stopped the couple, and that's when deputies say the male suspect drew a gun and started to shout threats. After the confrontation, the two took off, their stolen haul in tow.
