Please take a few moments to participate in the following survey until January 15th.
January 4, 2021
As an Age-Friendly City, Puyallup is committed to providing information that is important to citizens of all ages. Recent social distancing requirements have amplified the importance of incorporating virtual learning into the already robust educational opportunities offered in our community through the Puyallup Activity Center, at community events such as the annual Aging EXPO and the Puyallup Public Library. In planning for 2021, we want to ensure that we are providing educational opportunities that best meet our community’s needs and interests. Please take a few moments to participate in the following survey until January 15th. We value your opinion and greatly appreciate your participation.
