Drive-In Movies Return To Marymoor For The 2022 Season

Marymoor Park will kick off this year's slate of drive-in movies later this month, balancing the classics with a few modern hits.

REDMOND, WA — Redmond's drive-in movie screenings will return to Marymoor Park next week, bringing the annual tradition into its 18th season. The BECU Drive-in Movies at Marymoor will host screenings every Wednesday and Thursday evening, beginning April 20 and running through Aug. 25.

Viewers can take in the movies from inside or outside their vehicles, with audio provided by FM radio, and parking is sorted by vehicle size. The screenings are dog-friendly, and the park also plays host to a selection of food trucks.

"We are excited to bring drive-in movies back to the Seattle area for another year," said Doug Borneman, the event's producer. "Everybody loves drive-in movies and we're happy we can provide such a fun retro event series.
