Join Bill the Butcher to help celebrate the One-Year Birthday of its Redmond Shop, located at 7990 Leary Way NE. They'll be firing up the grill for some sliders, slow roasting a whole pig, and inviting some friends to make some music.
Festivities start at noon, music will go on throughout the afternoon, and the pig should be ready to eat at around 5pm.
