Serious About Fitness presents Fit Talk, taking place at the Redmond Athletic Club, Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. This evening we will explore the topic 'Good vs. Bad Exercise Pain', presented by C.P.T. Chris Doran from Serious About Fitness.
- This evening we will describe how exercise stresses your joints. We will also discuss which aches and pains are normal, and which ones to be aware of and avoid. Chris will discuss alterntive exercises, and when you should chose rest or active recovery. Some basic anatomy will also be covered. Questions welcome.
This is the second evening of our new lecture series designed to help people live an active injury free lifestyle, and have a healthy mind and body.
