With plenty of sunshine in the past week and temps often in the 50s, not to mention the turning of the calendar to March, the very wintery-themed banners in Redmond caught my attention on Friday. With all that's going in Redmond to make it a hip, happening city, should the banners be switched out more quickly so as not to appear stale? Does it matter? Should the banners better represent Redmond? Tell us in comments.
