Weekend Police Blotter: Vehicles Towed from Idylwood Park, Dog Attack Reported

5:00 p.m., 18600 block of NE 58th Court: Redmond Police responded to a vehicle prowl report at a local apartment complex.

Saturday, Aug. 4
12:32 a.m., 6800 block of 142nd Court NE: Redmond Police responded to a reported physical DV. The victim did not have any visible injuries and refused to cooperate with the investigation. The case has been forwarded to the prosecutors officer for further review.

2:41 a.m., 18300 block of Redmond Way: A 42-year-old Sammamish man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
11:58 a.m., 8000 block of 171st Ave. NE: Victim reported his Honda self-propelled lawnmower was stolen from his open carport sometime during the past few weeks.
3:23 p.m., 3600 block of W Lake Sammamish Parkway: Redmond Police cited and towed several illegally parked vehicles from Idylwood Park.
11:12 p.m., 8800 block of 161st Ave. NE: Redmond Police investigated a shoplifting incident that occurred earlier in the day.
Sunday, Aug. 5
2:29 a.m., 16400 block of Redmond Way: Police investigated a report of a stolen vehicle.
11:51 a.m., 4900 block of 166th Court NE: Police investigated a suspicious circumstance. A woman entered a backyard through a closed cyclone fence after she knocked on the front door and did not receive an answer. When the 83-year-old resident confronted the woman in the backyard, the woman asked to use a phone and said her car broke down.
1:28 p.m., 16900 block of NE 80th St.: Redmond Police investigated a reported theft of a motor vehicle.
7:20 p.m., 5800 block of 159th Place NE: A female stated that while she was walking her dog on a leash, a pitbull attacked her dog and caused an injury to her dog's belly. The owner of the pitbull was unable to be identified at this time.
