Issaquah School District Calls for Student art for 2012-2013 School Calendars

Thanks to a partnership with a local business, every family and staff member in the Issaquah School District will once again receive a free print-copy of the Student Art Calendar in the 2012-2013 school year—easy to hang on the wall to keep track of important school dates! Every current student in the district is invited to submit artwork to fill the pages for thousands of homes and offices. Get your creative juices flowing because the deadline is Friday, April 6, 2012.

1. Send either high quality color copies— 11 x 8.5 (preferably landscape or wide format); no original artwork, please; OR high resolution digital images of any size (preferably landscape or wide format) on CD — including student's name, grade, school, and teacher AND parent name and e-mail— to:

2. E-mail high resolution digital images of any size—preferably landscape or wide format.  Be sure to include student's name, grade, school, and teacher AND parent name and e-mail in your e-mail message.

Next steps

Please send in your art by the end of the day on Friday, April 6, 2012.

When art selection is finalized in May, we will notify families and request a brief statement giving us permission to publish the picture and the student's name, grade, school, and teacher in the 2012-13 calendar.
