Issaquah School District Calls for Student art for 2012-2013 School Calendars

Thanks to a partnership with a local business, every family and staff member in the Issaquah School District will once again receive aΒ freeΒ print-copyΒ of the Student Art Calendar in the 2012-2013 school yearβ€”easy to hang on the wall to keep track of important school dates! Every current student in the district is invited to submit artwork to fill the pages for thousands of homes and offices. Get your creative juices flowing because the deadline is Friday, April 6, 2012.

You may submit student art either of two ways
  1. Send eitherΒ high quality color copiesβ€” 11 x 8.5 (preferably landscape orΒ wideΒ format); no original artwork, please; OR high resolution digital images of any size (preferably landscape orΒ wideΒ format) on CD β€” including student's name, grade, school, and teacher AND parent name and e-mailβ€” to:

  2. E-mail high resolution digital images of any sizeβ€”preferably landscape orΒ wideΒ format.Β  Be sure to include student's name, grade, school, and teacher AND parent name and e-mail in your e-mail message.

When art selection is finalized in May, we will notify families and request a brief statement giving us permission to publish the picture and the student's name, grade, school, and teacher in the 2012-13 calendar.
