Apply for the youth board in Sammamish or Issaquah, but don't delay, as the deadlines are approaching:

Sammamish Youth Board applications available now! Ever feel like there’s nothing to do here in Sammamish? Feel like your ideas are not being heard? Well, here is your chance to make a difference. The Sammamish Youth Board is currently seeking teens that have the drive to make change in Sammamish. Complete the application here and submit to lhandlos@ci.sammamish.wa.us by May 7 to be considered.

Issaquah

The Issaquah Youth Advisory Board may be a perfect fit for you. The Board is made up of representatives from each of the Issaquah School District's middle schools and high schools.  Representatives of the homeschool population and youth who live within the Issaquah School District, but attend a private school are welcome to apply as well.

Applications for the 2012-2013 school year are due on Friday, May 18, 2012.

The Issaquah Youth Advisory Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the Issaquah Youth Center.  Contact Cathy at 425-837-3300 for more information.
