City Of Sammamish: Sammamish Landing Beach Closed Due To High Level Of Bacteria

Late afternoon on Thursday, August 26, the City was notified by King County Public Health Department, that the recent water quality test conducted on Wednesday, August 25, came back with high bacteria at Sammamish Landing swim area.

King County recommended we close the beach and that was done immediately. 

King County will be retesting next week and when the tests come back below the threshold, the beach will reopen.
