Fish for Salmon Days Fun with Issaquah 'Splash Mob'

It's almost time for thrills and gills at Issaquah's annual Salmon Days Festival, which runs Oct. 6-7, but there's plenty of time to get into the fishy spirit beforehand--and maybe score some great prizes from local businesses with the "Splash Mob" scavenger hunt game.

Fish around the Issaquah area looking for outrageously decorated Salmon in businesses and community institutions participating in Splash Mob. The fun continues through Oct. 7. The Splash Mob Game is a great family activity to play together whether it takes you one day or one week, you will explore the city, collect the different stamps, have fun and earn the chance to win great prizes!

Playing is really simple:

1. Go to www.splashmobgame.org and download a game card or
pick one up at any of the 24 participating businesses or swing by the Issaquah Visitor Information Center. It's that easy!

2. Visit each of the local merchants on the card and ask for a stamp on your game card

3. Turn the completed card in at The Issaquah Visitors Information Center – 155 NW Gilman Blvd

Completed game cards will be entered into a drawing to take place at Salmon Days.  Grand Prize winner gets $1,000 worth of Issaquah Gift Cards.

Kids are welcome to play! When the card is complete, come on down to the Salmon Days Festival and drop off your completed Splash!MOB game card. There is one winner per household.  You do not have to be present to win but you must submit your completed Splash!MOB game card of 24 stamps to be eligible for the Grand Prize. 

You can also drop off your game cards to the Visitor Information Center (155 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah) by Oct. 5th.

Grand Prize drawing will be held Sunday, Oct 7th at 5:00pm at the Rainier Blvd. Stage!
