Officer Stan Chapin Memorial Fund Selling Memorial Bracelets

The initiatives to honor beloved School Resource Officer Stan Chapin continue.

The Stan Chapin Memorial Fund, organized by community efforts is seeking to raise $200,000 to erect two bronze Memorial statues in his likeness of Chapin waving as he did to students every morning.

The statues would be placed in front of the junior high and high school where Chapin served as school resource officer. 

The fundraisers received this week a shipment of bracelets inscribed with “Live~Laugh~Learn Officer Chapin"  with an image of his signature Raptor, which it is distributing for donations of $5. It also is offereing a private labeled Wine called "Valor" and labeled water, with proceeds going to the Officer Stan Chapin Memorial Fund.

To donate directly to the fund, people can visit any Wells Fargo Branch and donate to the "Officer Stan Chapin Memorial Fund."

The group has set up a Facebook Page, and YouTube videos highlighting Chapin's impact on the community have been posted by community members.
