Interstate 90 Pavement Repairs Begin Next Week
Overnight pothole repairs will require some lane and ramp closures overnight along Interstate 90 in Issaquah.
ISSAQUAH, WA β The ride is about to get a little smoother for drivers in Issaquah as a fresh round of pavement repairs kicks into gear on Interstate 90. Starting Sunday night, contractors will close off lanes and ramps, with signed detours in place from 9 p.m. to 5 p.m., allowing crews to fill potholes along several stretches of the highway.
Here are the closures scheduled for next week's work in Issaquah
Sunday night and Wednesday night:

- The East Sunset Way to eastbound I-90 ramp
- The southbound 17th Avenue Northwest to westbound I-90 ramp
- The Front Street North to eastbound I-90 ramp
Monday night through Friday morning:
- The Highlands Drive Northeast to westbound I-90 ramp
- One right lane on westbound I-90
The work is part of the Washington State Department of Transportation's Northwest Region Emergency Repair Project, which aims to improve roadways in 88 locations in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties, including 15 state highways.

After the Issaquah work wraps, crews will turn their focus on North Bend, fixing pavement between exits 31 and 32.
