Issaquah School District: Highly Capable Program- Parent Engagement Group (HCP-PEG) – Applications Being Accepted

Terms for participants are two years.

Are you interested in supporting students and families who are in the Highly Capable Program in the Issaquah School District (ISD)? Applications are now being accepted for parent representatives from across the district’s HCP programs and levels. The group will be comprised of two PEP parent, two SAGE parents, two MERLIN parents, two HCP middle school parent, and two HCP high school parent. Terms for participants are two years. The purpose of the parent engagement group is to enrich the lives of the students and families who receive Highly Capable services by gathering information and input from families, as well as supporting enrichment through community events and parent education.

Meetings will be held approximately 3 times per year. There are two remaining meetings for the 2021-22 school year on Tuesday, January 25th and March 1 from 7:00 to 7:45pm by Zoom. Please submit your application by 4:00 pm January 7, 2022.
