Redmond Police Search for Suspect in KeyBank Robbery

The KeyBank branch on Northeast 24th Street was robbed Friday evening by a man wearing a vest and golf hat.

Β are searching for a man who robbed aΒ Β in the 15100 block of NE 24th Street in Redmond was robbed at around 5:50 p.m. Friday.

The suspect was wearing a dark vest, T-shirt, sunglasses, golf hat and black cargo pants, according to a department news release. He handed the teller a note and implied he had a gun before fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured in the incident.

This is the second time this KeyBank branch has been robbed in four months. A Kent man in connection to the and three other KeyBank robberies in Bellevue.

The suspect in Friday's incident is described as a white male, 5-foot-7- to 5-foot-8-inches tall and 165 pounds with hazel eyes. Police believe he might have had an accomplice waiting outside the bank.
