Regal Issaquah Highlands Stadium 12 IMAX Announces Grand Opening Discounts, Events

Issaquah Highlands' brand-new movie theater Regal Stadium 12 IMAX & RPX announced a series of "preview" events and discounts before a July 3 Grand Opening, including $2 movies.

The new cinema, located at 940 NE Park Drive, will hold a "soft" opening by offering moviegoers $2 Movies, $2 Popcorn, and $2 Soft Drinks from June 29 - July 1, with all of the proceeds going to local charities.

Here's the list of events for each day in the run-up to the July 3 opening:

Saturday, June 29

• “Regal's Recipe for Hope”

Sunday, June 30

• "Read It and See It at Regal”

Monday, July 1

Tuesday July 2

• Open to the public for 7 PM shows of The Lone Ranger and Despicable Me 2

Wednesday July 3

• Grand opening activities continue with sweepstakes, giveaways and radio remotes
• Regal Treatment July 3 – July 11: Free popcorn & soft drink with paid admission and Regal Crown Club Card.
