Road Construction Starts This Week in Several Issaquah Neighborhoods
Paving is expected to be done by early October, depending on weather.

Street improvements are coming to several Issaquah neighborhoods soon, thanks to the Cityβs upcoming paving project.
Crews β who will work with residents and businesses to minimize impacts with driveways β will start the work on Sept. 9, 2013. Paving is expected to be done by early October, depending on weather.

Most of the work (click here for a map of all projects) will be done from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. on weekdays, while Newport Way (near the Park and Ride) and 12th Avenue Northwest (from Gilman north) will be done at night.

β’ Southeast 41st Court β from Southeast 187th to the end
β’ Southeast 42nd Place β from 187th to the end (both sides of 187th)
Sept. 10-11 β grinding of old streets:
β’ Northeast Alder Street β from Second Avenue Northeast to Third Avenue Northeast
β’ Northeast Birch Street β from Second Avenue Northeast to Third Avenue Northeast
β’ Second Avenue Northeast β from Northeast Creek Way to the end
β’ Northeast Creek Way β from Second Avenue Northeast to Third Avenue Northeast
β’ Southeast Croston Lane β from Second Avenue Northeast to the east
β’ Southeast Andrews Street β from Rainier Blvd South to the east end
Sept. 12-13 β paving:
