Sammamish Farmers Market Returns For The Season Wednesday
The ribbon-cutting arrives Wednesday afternoon for the annual Sammamish Farmers Market, which will run through the summer.
SAMMAMISH, WA β The Sammamish Farmers Market returns for its summer season Wednesday at the Sammamish Commons, with a roster packed full of local vendors from around the region, dinner options and live entertainment.
The ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 4 p.m., and organizers said this year's produce includes a selection of fresh asparagus, radishes and greens, along with a growing variety of bakery items and flowers. Crafters are also stocked with jewelry and other gifts perfect for Mother's Day.
The Royals will be on hand to perform live music for opening day, and Wayne's Southern Barbeque, Five Hooks Fish Grill, Bilinchi Crepes and Panda Dim Sum will be serving up dinner and snacks.

This season's list of vendors features several local farms, bakeries and florists, stocked with fruits, bread, pastries, vegetables, eggs, meats and salsa.
