Synchronized Swimmers Showing their Stuff in Redmond This Weekend

The Seattle Synchronized Swim Team is inviting girls between the ages of 6 and 12 to come out to the  and give the sport a try.

The free demo will take place at 3 p.m. Participants must be able to swim a lap of crawl stroke and breast stroke and are asked to bring a swim cap, goggles and nose clip—along with their swimsuit and towel.

The Seattle Synchronized Swim Team is a club that offers beginner to advanced instruction on the Eastside and has both a recreational and competitive team. Athletes from the club have gone on to join US Junior National Team and many coaches have national or international competitive experience.
