Suspect Sought After Truck Shot On State Route 18: WSP
Troopers said a man in a silver truck fired at least one shot during a road rage incident that began near the Tiger Mountain summit.
ISSAQUAH, WA β Washington State Patrol is searching for a driver suspected of shooting at another vehicle during a road rage incident on State Route 18 near the Tiger Mountain summit. Troopers said the driver of a black GMC Sierra called 911 just after noon Wednesday, reporting another driver shot at him while driving westbound near Issaquah-Hobart Road.
The victim said he was uninjured and exited the highway to await troopers at the Hobart Market.
Once troopers arrived, the victim told them the incident began as both vehicles approached the Tiger Mountain summit, and the other driver fired several shots from a handgun as the victim started to take the exit.

The victim described the shooter as driving a silver Toyota Tacoma from the early 2000s, with no license plate and a disabled placard hanging from the rear-view mirror. Troopers said the suspect is a man between 30 and 40 with "salt and pepper hair."
Troopers found one bullet hole in the tailgate of the victim's truck.

WSP is asking anyone who saw any part of the incident along westbound SR 18, or with information that could help identify the shooter, to contact detectives via e-mail.
