Formerly an Albertsons, the building at 5530 E. Lake Sammamish Parkway is for sale or lease, according to Wallace Properties, of Bellevue, which is handling the commercial listing.

With a big parking lot, and situated on a 4.5-acre lot that also includes a bustling, recently remodeled McDonald's, we're curious about what type of business or community use would make the most sense in this vacant space?
